A fire blanket is the simplest and safest way to stop a small fire – before it becomes a big one. Pull the straps, lay the blanket over the flames, and leave it in place until everything has cooled.
The blanket is made of tightly woven fibreglass fabric that withstands up to 550 °C and smothers the fire by cutting off the oxygen supply. Unlike a powder extinguisher it leaves no mess, and it needs zero maintenance.
Hang it on the wall near the kitchen – not directly above the hob – so it's always within reach the day you need it.
If for any reason you're not happy with the product within 100 days, you can return it and get your money back. You can unpack it and test it — that's exactly why we give you 100 days.

The hob is the most common source of house fires
Most home fires start in the kitchen – a forgotten pan, fat catching fire, a tea towel too close to the ring. And remember: a fat fire must never be put out with water.
With a fire blanket on the wall, your extinguishing equipment is ready in seconds. No powder mess ruining the kitchen, no pressure cylinder needing inspection – just pull, cover and smother the flames.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the questions our customers ask most.
Still wondering about something? Contact our customer support.
How do I use the fire blanket?
Pull the two straps so the blanket releases from its case. Keep your hands protected behind the blanket's top corners, lay it calmly over the flames and leave it until everything has fully cooled. Turn off the heat source if you can do so safely.
Can the blanket be used more than once?
If the blanket has been used on an actual fire it should be replaced – the fibreglass fabric can be weakened even if it looks intact. An unused blanket lasts for many years without maintenance.
Where should I hang it?
On the wall in or near the kitchen, at a convenient height – but not directly above the hob, so you don't have to reach through the flames to get it. Many people keep one at the cabin and in the motorhome too.
