Terms and conditions

Last updated: 31 August 2026

Welcome to Trygghetslagret. By using our website or buying from it you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them before you use the site or place an order.

1. General information

This website is operated by Trygghetslagret (“we”, “us”, “our”), a trading name of W Marketing AB (company reg. no. 559505-2266). Throughout the site, “you”, “your” and “customer” refer to the user of our website.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace parts of these terms by publishing updates on the site. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time. Changes take effect for new orders from the date they are published.

2. Products and availability

All products shown on the site are subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Product descriptions, photographs and video are intended to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colours and details appear identically on every screen.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm that the details you give us (name, address, contact details and so on) are correct.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are provided through Shopify and may include Klarna, major debit and credit cards, and digital wallets.

Prices for UK customers are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we suspect fraud, or where there is an obvious error in the price shown.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship to customers in the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and on our Delivery information page, but can vary for reasons outside our control, including weather, carrier capacity and peak season.

Trygghetslagret is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, system failures and similar)

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession.

5. Returns, cancellations and refunds

We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In short:

  • You have 100 days from the delivery date to return a product for a full refund of the purchase price
  • Under the guarantee the product may be unpacked and tested, but should come back in resaleable condition with its original packaging and accessories
  • If an item is faulty or damaged we replace it or refund you — your choice
  • You pay the return postage when using the statutory right to cancel or our guarantee. We pay it when goods are faulty or wrongly sent

Full details, including how the statutory right works and what we refund under it, are on our Returns, cancellations and refunds page.

6. Using the products

Our products are made for emergency and preparedness situations.

Customers are expected to use them in line with the instructions and recommendations supplied.

Trygghetslagret is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from:

  • Incorrect use
  • Misuse of the product
  • Use in situations the product is not intended for
  • Failure to follow the safety recommendations

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trygghetslagret is not liable for:

  • Indirect loss
  • Consequential damage
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profit
  • Damage arising from a customer misusing the product or not following the instructions

We are not liable for circumstances outside our control (force majeure).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, product images, photography, video, illustrations, graphics and design — is originally produced by or licensed to Trygghetslagret, and is protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and international copyright treaties.

You may not use, copy, store, distribute, reproduce or modify this content — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent. That includes use in marketing, other online shops, social media and advertising platforms.

Where we find our content has been copied, we routinely file DMCA notices and rights complaints with the relevant platforms — including Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google and payment providers — and reserve the right to pursue the matter legally.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint we cannot resolve directly, you can get free, independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service at citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer, which can also refer the matter to Trading Standards.

We always encourage customers to contact us first — the vast majority of cases are resolved quickly and directly with customer service.
