Terms of purchase

These terms apply to purchases made through trygghetslagret.com. By completing a purchase you accept them in full. We recommend reading them carefully before you order.

Orders and confirmation
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. It sets out the products, prices, and delivery and billing addresses.
If you spot an error in the confirmation, contact us straight away at support@trygghetslagret.com.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order for free as long as it has not left the warehouse. Contact us as soon as you can at support@trygghetslagret.com with your order number and we will help you cancel or adjust it.
Orders that have already been packed or dispatched can no longer be stopped, but can be returned after delivery under Returns, cancellations and refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock at our supplier or for other commercial reasons. You will be told, and any payment refunded in full.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–12 working days to the UK. Orders placed at weekends are processed from the next working day at the earliest.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier pressure, weather or other circumstances outside our control. In peak season or during a promotion, delivery can take a little longer.

Import VAT and duty on delivery
Our products ship from a warehouse outside the UK. That means import VAT, customs duty or a clearance fee can in some cases be charged on delivery.
In most cases the carrier handles this automatically and you will not notice anything. But we would rather be open about it: in some cases a charge can be raised when the parcel is handed over.
By purchasing, you confirm that:
- You are the recipient and importer of the goods
- Any import VAT or duty charged on delivery is payable by you
- Not paying such charges can delay the parcel or cause it to be returned

Prices
All prices for UK customers are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
We reserve the right to change prices where purchase costs or exchange rates change, or in the event of an obvious typographical or system error.
Faulty goods and guarantee
All products are checked before dispatch. If a product arrives damaged or is wrongly sent, we handle it in line with UK consumer law and our Returns, cancellations and refunds policy.
We offer a 100-day satisfaction guarantee on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Full details are on the Returns, cancellations and refunds page.
Use and allergies
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product information before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, skin reactions or other unwanted effects that may arise from using the products.
If you are unsure, we recommend testing the product on a small area first.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s deadline and comes back to us, the purchase is treated as completed. We refund the amount paid less the actual cost of return shipping and handling. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
We recommend collecting your parcel as soon as you get the carrier’s notification, to avoid these costs.
Product information
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, mistakes in product descriptions and sold-out items. Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
Cookies and personal data
We use cookies in line with current regulations to improve the browsing experience.
When you buy from us, personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. More detail is in our Privacy policy.
Accepting these terms
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms in full. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
